Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Develop and execute product strategies and annual marketing plans for the Specimen Management portfolio in alignment with global and regional directions.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Define product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategies.
Translate company strategies into actionable commercial plans within SM channels/distributors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Working closely with Business Leader to achieve IMS sales targets and market share growth through strong execution and commercial excellence.
Able to maintain pricing, product analysis, registration of product to distributor /channel system and internal and making sure the whole process obtained to ensure business growth
Go-to-Market & Channel Management
Lead new product launches, including launch planning, forecasting, training, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the sales team to translate product strategies into effective field execution.
Develop sales tools, promotional materials, and key messaging to support customer engagement.
Monitor product performance versus targets and implement corrective actions when needed.
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with channel/distributors and sub distributors including tracking IMS, revenue, commitment to enable long term growth.
Champion innovation and identify new opportunities via possible channels to accelerate business growth.
Design & implement channel /business development initiatives, including exploring business models, support business case development, business expansion projects.
Evaluate and select potential partners/distributors through proactive scouting and inquiries, conducting risk assessment and compatibility scans while leading engagement processes to design mutually beneficial partnership models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical teams, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
Act as the key interface between global/regional marketing teams and the local commercial organization.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, BD policies, and ethical standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with key customers, KOLs, laboratories, and hospital stakeholders to understand clinical workflows and unmet needs.
Support strategic customer meetings, workshops, and scientific/educational events.
Gather and translate customer insights into actionable product and marketing initiatives.
Forecasting & Business Performance
Prepare demand forecasts and support S&OP processes in collaboration with supply chain and sales teams.
Track sales performance, market share, and profitability metrics.
Provide regular business reviews and performance updates to management.
