Job Description Summary
Capture in the MP2 software the maintenance preventive and calibration form report. As well maintain update and controlled the files for device history reports. Assist Engineers performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as actualization of MP’s, Drawings, and parameters sheets through Master Control process. Support to run validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.) and elaboration of GR&R and DOES.Job Description
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance files.
- Maintain updated and controls files for device history records.
- Coordinate and distribute controlled documents to the point of use.
- Maintain organized obsolete documentation.
- Additional activities assigned as required
Education and Experience:
- High school completed
- Experience is not required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access, ERP System (Enterprise Results Planning), Master Control.
- Ability to manipulate computers
- Ability to communicate in English (not indispensable)
