Job Description Summary

We function as the link between Sales and commercial operations – across national and international markets. In Sales Support, we coordinate the entire Quote-to-Cash workflow for industries such as pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, and blister centers. This encompasses handling direct customer dealings along with partner and intercompany sales.



Our setup is global and hybrid – with clear responsibilities and the flexibility to quickly adapt to market changes. In addition to daily operational tasks, we continuously drive process improvements.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play an extraordinarily role in our sales operations. Your goal will be to ensure perfect execution of the Quote-to-Cash process across various industries. Here is an overview of what you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining master data and ensuring data quality

  • Preparing quotations, order processing, amendments, invoicing and contracting

  • Supporting sales partners, customers, and colleagues – internally and externally

  • Taking ownership for process management and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensuring compliance with internal company policies

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for QtO, OtC Capital and OtC Annuity

  • Training and supporting colleagues

Your Profile

You are a driven individual with solid experience in Sales Support or a similar area. We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • Commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in an international environment

  • Demonstrated professional background in Sales Support

  • Confidence in handling ERP systems (SAGE, Business Central,...) and CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce,...)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex issues

  • Solid understanding of processes and a keen interest in continuous improvement

  • Language skills: Very good German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

  • High service orientation, team spirit, and a proactive approach
