Job Responsibilities:
Execute global deployment & allocation
- Review Kinaxis supply plan and act on order creation/ cancellation/ changes.
- Evaluate and prepare SKU level Material Availability plan (MAD).
- Manage Product on global allocation. Negotiate with WW if allocated qty is insufficient to meet business needs.
- Support Escalation from Regions to Global Network Planner & reverse
- Communicate supply allocations to region.
- Manage Interco / STR-STO maintenance process, ensure creation and health of STR/STO/POs and resolve issues if system is not creating STR/STO/PO in line with expectation.
- Lead Supply S&OE Planning to align PO creation & amendment in due dates
- Lead Supply S&OE Planning on global allocation management if there are shortages or surplus as per Global Business guidelines & alignment
- Support Escalation from Regions to Global
- Provide accurate supply visibility and recovery dates
- Report & communicate Inventory Management & SKU supply status and allocations to regions
- Responsible for the drop shipment and direct shipment from manufacturing sites and global source DCs to region/country DCs and customers (Heads-up: customers’ drop shipments have not been detailed yet)
- Perform data management activities (master data & reporting)
- Provide all relevant Master Data inputs required for creation and extension of SKUs and coordinate to solve product data inconsistency (eg. COC, COO, UOM, Weight, TP, DOM, manufacturer address, etc.)
Execute Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Activities
- Owns the maintenance of the S&OE tracker.
- Collaborate with Key stakeholders to resolve key constraints & shortages including prioritization and scenario planning or corrective action.
- Resolve network constraints:
- DC stock movement to minimize backorder
- Support Network change projects
- Prepare BO projection. Summarize Supply Risks/root cause & Opportunities including New Product supply plan
- Prepare material for, participate in, and raise supply issues for SIOP and S&OE process
- Simulate feasible options (allocation & mitigation plan)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve network constraints to Regional Global DC and support change projects in the network
- Execute operating model and maintain Planning Parameters
- Capture weekly snapshot of outlook and review supply alert
- Provide AFG proposals when appropriate, prepare business case by working with RSCP, Demand Planner, raise in global AFG tool, route and follow up with the global approval
- Defining inventory strategy which includes define inventory policy and safety stock methods
- Report & Communication Inventory Management (BO projection)
- Report & communicate Inventory Projection report (value/units, E&O)
- Summarize supply risks & opportunities including NPI and allocations to regions
- Communicate to regions any shortages, back-to-stock date and aging PO/DN
- Regular reviews for alignment & adjustment of planning parameters
- Ensure accuracy of data captured in Starboard or equivalent to drive the correct actions during S&OE
- Support GDP lead and participate in projects to standardize processors and procedures
- Support GDP lead on monthly GA BDX S&OE to align Rev risk for each quarter
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Responsible for Exception Management
- Mitigation proposal (not limited to DAF), which appropriate to mitigate shortages, eg. Source from other global/regional/country DC, who have sufficient goods, etc.
- Provide Air Freight proposal when appropriate to mitigate shortages (need to define specifically who to do what in the whole air freight process eg. proposal, business case, application and approval follow up, etc.)
- Assess & communicate supply risks & mitigation on Transport Delays to regions (we should specifically mention to whom and how)
- Generate communication on Supply Alerts and Exceptions
- Drive improvements on Supply Chain Metrics, DIOH, Supply Attainment Performance measures such as Interco Supply Attainment, Region/Site Back-order $ and %
- Manage exceptions such as short shelf-life products, supply mitigation on recall &/or return, quality hold, master data discrepancies (RA, QA, GT)
- Owns the E2E replenishment process
- Owns dropship and global OEM process
- Account payable reconciliation with Finance, Logistics and Warehousing team e.g. country GR and source GI mismatch
- Prioritize goods supply (if needed), incl. prioritization of production, GT, etc. (scope: before ATA)
- Supply plan input to SC cost calculation. Analyze the variance between plan and actual.
- Cold chain list maintains, and Source QA approval process follow up

- Brings senior planner experience with strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and confidence managing complex supply chain scenarios
- Demonstrates curiosity, problem‑solving attitude, and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively to achieve better outcomes
Competencies & Skills:
- Knowledge on network and distribution & deployment planning processes (e.g. network strategy, DRP parameters, logistics distributions, etc.)
- Good understanding of the supply and demand planning processes (forecasting, production planning, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage, negotiate and influence across the Planning team and key cross functional stakeholders such as Global Transportation, operations etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to improve network and distribution planning activities.
- Good knowledge on planning and reporting systems SAP, PowerBI, Excel, Kinaxis, JDE etc.
- Team oriented to drive business and achieved the goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or supply chain
