The ICO Analyst is responsible for the accurate monitoring, analysis, and resolution of ICO activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with BD accounting policies and SOX control requirements. The role supports month-end close activities, focuses on ageing and discrepancy resolution, and works closely with multiple different stakeholders eg : Supply Chain, Intercompany teams , accounting teams, BPO organizations…

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze various BS accounts for ICO with a focus on aged and high-risk items.

- Investigate discrepancies between as an example but not limited to goods receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.

- Ensure timely resolution and documentation of any ICO issue

- Support monthly close activities and balance sheet integrity.

- Prepare ageing reports and maintain reconciliations in BlackLine.

- Escalate unresolved or material issues according to governance procedures.

- Execute SOX controls related to ICO

- Ensure compliance with BD accounting policies and documentation standards.

- Support audits and process documentation updates.

- Collaborate with many different stakeholders : Supply Chain, Intercompany, Local Finance teams, BPO organization, Plant accounting teams, …

- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
