Your Day-to-Day
As aCustomer Service Representativeat BD, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that supports customers across Australia and New Zealand, from hospitals and healthcare providers to distributors and internal stakeholders.
You’ll handle complex, meaningful work that goes far beyond standard customer service tasks. Every interaction you manage helps ensure essential medical products reach the people and places that need them most.
Your day will include:
Responding to customer enquiries about products, pricing, stock availability, and order tracking.
Processing customer orders, sample requests, and product returns efficiently and accurately.
Managing customer claims and credits in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams.
Using Salesforce for case management and communication tracking.
Providing proactive support to business areas and acting as the key contact for Customer Service and Order Management queries.
Continuously improving service processes to better support customers and internal teams.
About You
You’re ambitious, driven, and ready to take ownership of your career. You bring a genuine passion for customer experience and thrive in environments where every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.
You’ll bring:
1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within aproduct-based industry(healthcare, FMCG, or similar).
Proven track record in resolving complex customer queries.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and resolve queries effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and suggest improvements.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience using SAP, Salesforce, or JD Edwards will be highly regarded.
