Department Overview

The mission of the BDI - Surgery business focuses on providing high quality devices used in the OR while enabling economical cost savings by improving patient safety and outcomes, reducing inefficiencies and improving the clinician and patient experience.
Purpose
As Product Specialist for the entire Surgery business, the role will be responsible to ensure the profitability and continued growth of all range of products. This will involve working with the Sales leadership team for reviews of product design, suggesting test use cases, organizing demos and trainings for Customer, and overseeing competition analysis to ensure marketability of the product.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

Drive overall business and product support by providing clinical and technical support to the hospitals and surgeons to achieve revenue goals

Build relationships with KOLs, Hospitals and maintain strong network with existing accounts to support customers' requirements and future needs

Work closely with Marketing Team to understand the benefits and use of Surgery product portfolio as well as supporting workshops and launch of new products, roadshow and other sales leads.

Communicate between sales, marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.

Collect, analyze and present field sales insights to assist with strategy planning and implementation and gain clear understanding to grow market share.

Provide product knowledge and procedure training support in all products, physically attend Operating Theatre cases as needed.

Makes GTM strategies for new product launches and provide competition analysis updates/daily activities/events to the management.

Education:
- Master’s degree in business management preferred.
