As a key member of Marketing organization, this role plays a critical part in driving the success of our Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio by:
■Leading Market Strategy & Product Success
- Developing comprehensive marketing plans for both new product launches and existing portfolio growth.
- Monitoring product performance and key metrics to ensure commercial success and taking data‑driven actions when needed.
■ Influencing the Market
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to accelerate business growth.
- Partnering with Professional Education and MarComms to develop impactful promotional tools and campaigns.
■ Empowering Sales & Clinical Teams
- Delivering product training and technical support to the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive adoption.
- Providing insights, data, and field support to maximize market impact.
■ Driving Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Leading major programs and strategic initiatives in collaboration with clinical, marketing, and sales teams.
- Representing functional leadership on projects requiring strong collaboration and influence across departments.
Requirement :
- 3–5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong strategic and logical thinking
- Highly self‑motivated, independent, and accountable
- Excellent task management skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel ~30%
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Business-level English (conversation, reading, writing)
