With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems, and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. Sales professionals don’t just use SFDC—they master it. At BD, if it's not in SFDC, it doesn't exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and offer world-class support and training to help you succeed.
About the role
The Area Sales Manager – Eastern Area is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and customer engagement for BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) across the Eastern Province. The role leads commercial execution, key account management, tender activities, and solution selling to achieve business objectives in line with BD strategy and compliance standards.
The candidate must be residing in the Eastern region of KSA.
Main responsibilities will include:
Execute area sales strategy to achieve IN‑Market and to‑Market sales targets.
Manage and grow key accounts across government and private healthcare sectors.
Lead tender strategy, negotiations, and execution in coordination with distributors and internal teams.
Promote and sell MMS solutions (Infusion, Automation, Pyxis) using a value‑based approach.
Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, KOLs, and decision makers.
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with BD policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Utilizing SFDC for reporting and tracking progress.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related medical field.
Extensive experience in medical devices/healthcare sales within the region.
Prior experience in managing teams is crucial.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, tenders, and distributor models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel within the region.
