The Senior Global Product Manager, BD IO, is responsible for driving global revenue growth, portfolio strategy, and overall business performance for the BD Intraosseous Access product portfolio. This role serves as the business and marketing strategy lead across commercial, new product development, and operations initiatives and is a critical high visibility role within BD Medication Delivery Solutions.

Job Description:

• Work collaboratively with functional teams to advance prioritized projects in line with key business goals for revenue, profitability, and timing

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and clinical application in the vascular access space

• Define and lead required voice of customer / market insights work in support of project objectives

• Leverage customer insights and functional input to develop project business cases, product requirements, and commercialization plans within the global product delivery system process to ensure commercial, organizational, product, and customer readiness for new BD offerings

• Collaborate with global and regional commercial teams to ensure project decisions are informed by the most relevant local market dynamics; communicate decisions, their implications, and required actions to local commercial teams in a clear and timely manner

• Support the identification of unmet customer needs and the evaluation of early stage, unfunded innovation projects; recommend projects for prioritization and funding to the Innovation Council

• Clearly communicate project value to BD with high level leadership stakeholders; provide recommendations on path forward with a strong bias towards financial results, product quality, and customer impact

• Prepare and present general project and overall funnel updates to business leadership as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Technical Discipline required

• 5 or more years of experience with healthcare required

• Preferred: Medical device industry experience

• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills

• Passion for challenging the status quo through technology or process disruption

• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced, results oriented environment

• 25%+ global travel required
