Job Description Summary
The Program and Change Management Associate Director drives the people, process, and organizational readiness required to successfully adopt and sustain transformation initiatives and BAU activities. Also leads the structured delivery of complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.This role drives end‑to‑end project execution—from initiation and planning through deployment and stabilization—ensuring scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budget are managed effectively. Owns the value chain of delivering capabilities through projects, while delivering smooth and fast adoption and value realization through change management. Managing business collaborators through the entire journey from idea prioritization till benefit delivery.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio & Governance:
- Planning, Prioritizing, Delivering, Benefits tracking, Executive reporting
- Steering committees, collaborator management
- Program/Project Delivery (PMO)
- Initiation → planning → execution → cutover
- Risk/issue/change control; vendor management, alignment with other programs
- Change, Enablement & Communications
- Collaborator strategy, change impact, comms, training, role & org enablement
- Sustainment & Continuous Improvement
- Hypercare, Adoption measurement, Ongoing trainings, Process adherence checks
About you
- 10–15+ years in program/portfolio management and enterprise change leadership, ideally in Supply Chain/Operations.
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional, global transformations and embedding new ways of working.
- Fluency with planning/operations transformations (e.g., APS/Kinaxis, IBP/S&OP, manufacturing excellence). Certifications a plus: PMP/Prince2, MSP, Prosci/CCMP, Lean/Six Sigma.
- Data‑driven attitude; comfortable with benefits modeling, adoption analytics, and OKR/KPI management.

Salary range for the role: 140000€ - 160000€
