Duration of Employment: As you know, this is a temporary position that is anticipated to end on or before September 30th, 2026. If at the end of that period you have not been offered or have not accepted another position within BD, your employment will be terminated and you will not be eligible for severance per Company policy or plan.
Job Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and drive operational excellence. In addition, supports and overlooks sales force effectiveness initiatives, specifically around sales management, planning, marketing and other parts of the business to promote sales excellence through metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Infusion Field Support Engineer team’s daily operations departmental procedures and reporting.
Gather, consolidate and report on team administrative and performance metrics as well as the monitoring of cost control initiatives.
Support revenue initiatives and customer confirmation
Monitor and report on KPI’s to improve productivity
Support Business Operations initiatives
Monitor project closeout compliance to ensure FDA audit readiness
Support and follow up with compliance for training plans and records
Compile customer survey responses and report initial analysis for management review and action
Support the documentation of team process and procedure including technical work instructions
Report on individual and team performance metrics for department process compliance
Oversight on the consistency to calibrated field equipment and shipping policies
Assist with planning and documenting FSE training
Support enhancements to Team Communications
Develop collaborative relationships with Infusion stakeholders and partners
Interact in Contingent Workforce System for contingent labor approvals
Upkeep the FSE Skills Matrix
Monitor FSE team Vendor Credentialing readiness
Support and align with cross-team collaboration initiatives
Support administrator for department tools and applications
Field non-conformity product quarterly summary reports
Support staff onboarding coordination
Support team’s field operations where needed
Monitor and report on FSE team Fiscal Responsibilities
Support cost saving initiatives
Compile and report FSE team utilization and forecasting metrics
Monitor and report on KPI’s to improve productivity
Education Qualifications & Previous Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/ or 5+ years of experience.
Has knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.
Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.
Experience creating a workflow.
Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
