We are seeking a dynamic sales executive to lead transformational strategies that deliver value realization to healthcare enterprises.  The leader will build a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Business Consultants while developing programs to eliminate waste, improve processes and deliver targeted solutions for end-to-end Medication Management with guaranteed outcomes. The team will be responsible for driving market share growth across targeted healthcare systems. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare sales expertise, a track record of building top-tier teams, and a relentless focus on execution. You will shape our competitive go-to-market strategy, align cross-functional efforts, and accelerate adoption of innovative technologies.

Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare sales.
  • Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing sales and consulting teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Successful development and execution of outcome driven, enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Demonstrated success in competitive displacement and solution-based selling.
  • Experience driving strategic growth initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong grasp of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and healthcare financial structures. Familiarity with infusion, dispensing, pharmacy automation or medication management technologies is a plus.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM platforms and analytics to inform sales strategy and performance.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.
