Overall Responsibilities
Participate in S&OE, S&OP, and IBP product demand planning forums.
Solution Deployment lead for material demand consensus and safety stock health reviews.
Manage ship-hold events, assess customer/financial impact, and propose product build priorities.
Coordinate product prebuild efforts with commercial, supply chain, and IBP teams.
Oversee lead time violation analysis and approve build schedule changes.
Host inventory management forums for BD MMS implementation teams.
Represent Solution Deployment needs for design changes, end-of-life, and sustaining engineering.
Act as primary escalation point for supply chain issue resolution.
Collaborate with Commercial, Readiness, and Supply Chain teams on new product forecasts.
Partner with workforce optimization to align resource availability and capacity plans.
Use pipeline, revenue, budget, and capacity data to drive resource planning discussions.
Contribute to improving capacity planning processes and tools.
Develop standards for effective communication with teams and leadership.
Build strong collaborative relationships across BD.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Leadership / partnership, and project management / governance experience required
Prefer experience leading teams with experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions, experience with capital equipment model is a plus
Specific knowledge of BD Medical Systems business or products highly desired.
Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with BD products.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
Home based position with travel. Travel may range from 25 - 50%, overnight travel. Position requires flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends. Ability to work independently from home office
Upon hire, must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
