The primary role of the MDS Regional Market Access and Value Demonstration, Senior Analyst is to support the regional Market Access & Pricing strategy implementation, through regional execution and governance, optimizing the perceived value of our solutions, leveraging existing and upcoming tools and processes, that will enable access for every patient that may need a MDS solution.

Job Description

The Market Access and Value Demonstration Senior Analyst:

Market Access & Value Demonstration: Support the Market Access strategy development and implementation per country in Latin America.

Analytics: map key information and develop Power BI dashboards to monitor strategy implementation and results.

Pricing & System User admin: Act as the regional (LA) CPQ System ‘super user’, to ensure the governance and compliance of the pricing process for the business unit across multiple countries and products platforms, ensuring that prices, discounts, and approval levels are up to date.

Coordinates CPQ System training and ensures tool proficiency among customer-facing roles in the region.

Analytics & Artificial Intelligence: Leverage AI into Market Access and HEOR tools creation, analysis and competitive price system.

Value & Evidence: Cooperate in the process of building and improving budget impact and economic models, synthesize clinical and economic evidence, translating into payer-ready insights and narratives (value dossiers, slide decks)

Policy & Competitive Intelligence: Track Access policies, HTA precedents, reference pricing changes, and competitor moves; recommend risk/mitigation actions.

Performance Tracking: Build dashboards to monitor market access milestones, pricing KPIs, project outcomes, and time‑to‑reimbursement; drive continuous improvement.

Profile & Experience

• Studies: Marketing, Administration, Economics, Business, Engineering, Specialization in Artificial Intelligence / Health economy is a plus.
• Language: Fluent English (written/oral) a must. Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Previous Experience: Market Access in Healthcare is required. Pricing is a plus.
• Tools: Microsoft Office a must. Salesforce/CPQ (quotes/pricing system)
