Main Responsibilities
- Provide on-site customer training including hands on skill set for APM products accordance with relevant instruction for use, guideline and training materials
- Organize and execute training programs for healthcare professionals
- Deliver product value and solution based on product functionality to users
- Update clinical knowledge to customer by delivering literatures
- Prepares and presents seminars, webinars to a wide array of audience
- Interpret and understand customer requirements, and how they relate to product functionality and performance
- Provides periodic reports to management including activity in the field, customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.
- Resolves and/or escalates customer issues & complaints
- Accompany BD Sales and BD distributor to provide applications assistance
Job Requirement
- 3+ years' experience in tertiary hospitals
- Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic English skill required
