• Time to resolve issues/ gaps

Key Accountabilities

• Manage deployment of process and systems improvement of stock deployment and execution
• Drive adoption and benefits to the GDP/ DRP team
• Drive automation of routine supply related tasks
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication between different planning teams and with other departments.
• Effectively manage changes in the planning process and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
• Data analysis and decision support: Use advanced supply chain data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain performance, identify potential problems and opportunities, and provide data support for improvement and decision-making.
• Project management and execution: Responsible for project management, including project plan formulation, progress control, quality management, etc. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet expected goals and quality requirements.
• Regularly provide training to GDP team on Supply related capabilities
• Primary backup for Demand Planning Excellence
