Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Support execution of CASAJ marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches across Diagnostic Solutions portfolios
- Coordinate development and localisation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, digital assets) in line with BD brand standards
- Assist with campaign tracking, timelines, approvals, and coordination with regional/global teams
- Support congresses, workshops, and customer events including logistics, content preparation, and post‑event follow‑up
Internal & External Communications
- Develop and manage internal communications for CASAJ DS (emails, newsletters, updates, launch communications)
- Support external communications including customer announcements, promotional messaging, and event communications
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and branding across all communication channels
- Assist with communication plans for major launches, initiatives, or change programs
Content & Digital Support
- Create and adapt content for internal platforms, customer communications, and digital touchpoints
- Support website updates, digital campaign deployment, and coordination with regional digital teams
- Assist with content planning, proofreading, and material compliance review
Commercial & Cross‑Functional Support
- Work closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams to support field needs
- Assist in preparing sales tools such as slide decks, product overviews, and campaign kits
- Act as a central coordination point between country, regional, and global teams for marketing materials and communications
Reporting, Administration & Compliance
- Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries, and documentation
- Support reporting on campaign performance, events, and engagement metrics
Ensure all materials comply with BD Quality Management System (QMS), branding, and regulatory requirements
