Job Description Summary

ISC Data Analytics ML Engineer will play a key role in the development and implementation of machine learning models within our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Data analytics teams. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning techniques, data analytics, and supply chain processes. The ML Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and help optimize various supply chain functions. This role demands strong technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description

Model Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address supply chain challenges

•           Data Analysis: Perform extensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive strategic decisions within the supply chain.

•           Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architect, Data scientists, Data engineers, and supply chain SME to ensure the seamless integration of ML models into existing systems and processes.

•           Optimization: Develop algorithms to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

•           Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate findings and model performance to stakeholders.

•           Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and supply chain analytics and integrate new techniques into ongoing projects.

•           MLOps: Implement MLOps practices to streamline the deployment and monitoring of ML models, ensuring robustness and reliability.

•           Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
