About the Role
This is a full-time position within the shift team, reporting to the Team Leader or Manufacturing Assistant. The role supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, including equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and machine maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment used to produce BD medical products. 

Job Description

• Operate Machines: Run the assigned machines or processes safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot Issues: Fix machine or equipment problems to keep production on track and meet quality standards.

• Preventive Maintenance: Clean, service, and replace parts to keep machines in good condition.

• Monitor & Record: Check machine settings regularly, record data, and take action if something is wrong.

• Quality Checks: Inspect parts to make sure they meet specifications. Handle any defective products according to guidelines.

• Support Projects: Help the team leader with changes or projects while following safety, quality, and cost requirements.

• Changeovers: Switch machines to new products by clearing old parts, changing materials/tools, and updating system information.

Job Requirements:

• Open to candidates with N Level / GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma qualifications.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industry / environment.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Singaporean (s) and Permanent Residents (PRs) preferred.
