The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.

About the role

As Transport Planner you willyou support that mission by planning and coordinating outbound transport from the European Distribution Center in Temse. You will work in a fast-moving logistics environment where accuracy, timing, and collaboration directly influence patient care.

The position is based in Temse, Belgium, with working hours from 10:00 to 18:30 and the option to work from home on Fridays.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Plan and oversee daily outbound shipments in line with agreed service levels
• Build efficient truck and container loads with a strong focus on cost and utilization
• Choose suitable transport modes and carriers based on agreed lane setups
• Create and update transport and warehouse shipments in the ERP system
• Book transport and monitor confirmations, changes, and delays
• Maintain close coordination with warehouse planning, customer service, and external carriers
• Identify risks related to capacity or delivery and escalate issues early
• Contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance transport efficiency and reliability

About you

• A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport planning
• Fluency in Dutch and high proficiency in English
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• A structured, analytical approach supported by data
• Ability to manage several priorities in a time-sensitive environment
• Clear, respectful communication style and a collaborative mindset
