About the Role
- Territory: Mazowieckie, Podlaskie.
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding BD’s portfolio within the Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and End‑Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) segments.you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Becton Dickinson's peripheral intervention portfolio within an assigned territory in Poland. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting BD's innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share targets for the Peripheral Intervention portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales and penetration within key hospitals and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and purchasing personnel.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare professionals.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions from BD's product offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service.
- Manage sales funnel, forecast accuracy, and report on sales activities and progress.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and sales meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with experience in peripheral intervention, cardiology, or vascular surgery.
- Very good command of English, enabling confident daily communication
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
