Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated professional to support our marketing and sales activities across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all initiatives in accordance with the marketing plan and the specific needs of each market. This role also includes managing the launch of new products and solutions, ensuring their successful introduction and positioning within CEE markets.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Coordination and monitoring of marketing/sales activities according to the marketing plan and market needs including the launch of new SM products & solutions for CEE markets. 
• Preparation of key market & sales data overviews: creating and monitoring competitor database, actively using Power BI for regular updates, Microsoft Excel.
• Analysis of SM market segments per market/product news on the market. 
• Ownership of competition excellence knowledge for the team & distributor partners.
• Creating leads through SFDC campaigns including lead qualification and follow-up. 
• Organization & Coordination of distributor learning conference and local (CEE) events.
• Independent creation of local advertising material, such as flyers, brochures, price lists and product catalogs, in coordination with the product management team, respecting the corporate identity.
• Monitoring of promotion expenses.
• Ensuring compliance of all events and their documentation and use of Interactions Hub as per BD policies.
• Working closely with sales, application/clinical specialists, European MarCom functions and marketing functions of other BD business units.
• Creation of online marketing campaigns for SM solutions.

About you

• Completed commercial education or university degree with a specialization in marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a similar industry or international environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Industry and product knowledge is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for daily interaction with distributors and end users
• Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• Experience in creating and preparing graphic materials
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time) within CEE countries and occasionally to other destinations
