About the role
AsJunior Reporting Analystyou willa collaborative and forward-thinking EMEA Reporting Team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis, deliver accurate and timely reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with regional teams to understand data requirements and provide insights that inform business decisions.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather and interpret reporting requirements
- Support financial planning activities using BPC CCP and FSM tools
- Manage user access within BPC systems
- Prepare and review quarterly financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis during month-end close processes
- Deliver consistent reports across planning cycles including forecasts and budgets
- Perform data mining and produce both standard and ad-hoc reports
- Contribute to process standardization and service quality enhancements
About you
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related discipline
- Experience in Shared Services, Centres of Excellence, or large international environments
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Skilled in SAP, Business Warehouse, Power BI, and preferably BPC
- Advanced Excel capabilities with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic settings with a collaborative approach
Salary range for the role: 7.500 PLN to 8.000 PLN per month + benefits
