Job Description

  • Resolver problemas mediante el uso de métodos y procedimientos de prueba de investigación para la determinación de causa raíz.

  • Redactar informes de investigación completos y claros que cumplan con los requisitos reglamentarios.

  • Garantizar que la investigación de las quejas se complete de manera oportuna.

  • Escalar los problemas críticos según sea necesario con equipos interdisciplinarios por ejemplo pero no limitado a los siguiente: Manufactura, Calidad de Proveedores, Investigación & Desarrollo, y Diseño.

  • Apoya proyectos de investigación que impulsan la seguridad del producto, la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Puede desarrollar procedimientos y métodos para investigar productos, materiales, componentes y/o calidad operativa.

  • Demuestra un conocimiento sólido de los productos de infusión, su ensamble, cómo se usan y cómo se mantienen.

  • Realiza otras tareas relacionadas según lo requiera el Supervisor.

Requisitos:

  • 2 a 3 años en puestos similares

  • Titulo universitario (indispensable) en; Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín.

  • Ingles conversacional Avanzado.

  • Experiencia en industria médica (deseable)

  • Habilidades técnicas en Electrónica para desarrollar métodos de prueba de componentes electrónicos y mecánicos para la inspección, prueba análisis e interpretación de resultados.

  • Capacidad de interpretación de diagramas y esquemáticos electrónicos.
