- Support master data harmonization, planning model design, and migration strategies.
- Identify process gaps and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity during transition.
- Contribute directly to system design, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial Teams, IT, and external partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and build alignment on key decisions.
- Act as the voice of the EMEA planning organization within a global transformation program.
- Balance regional requirements with global process standards.
Enable Successful Change
- Support testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
- Promote continuous improvement and planning best practices post go-live.
Support Strategic Network Optimization
- Assess inventory, replenishment, planning, and service implications of future distribution network scenarios.
- Provide expertise on deployment strategies, service levels, lead times, and network design.
- Ensure future network decisions align with SAP S/4HANA and IBP capabilities.
About you :

- Experience working in global cross-functional environments, preferably within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries; exposure to AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, distribution, and deployment planning.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and global supply chain network design and optimization.
- Strong SAP APO expertise (5+ years) covering Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), PP/DS, and integration processes.
