Waters is revolutionizing single-cell biology through the invention and application of technologies – such as BD Rhapsody™ and BD™ AbSeq – to enable researchers to delineate the complexity of biology. The US Region Product Manager, Single Cell Multiomics is responsible for driving commercial execution, field adoption, and market penetration of BD’s single-cell multiomics portfolio across the US region. This role leads downstream marketing strategy and execution, translating global and upstream product strategies into impactful regional programs that accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of target customer segments, buying behaviors, and market dynamics, as well as the ability to craft clear value messaging, campaigns, and enablement tools that resonate with US customers. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, and execution‑oriented marketing leader who excels at partnering with sales, field applications, and commercial leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role requires experience in downstream and launch marketing, strong life‑science and molecular biology domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling customer success through innovative technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Downstream Marketing & Commercial Execution
Own and implement the US regional downstream marketing strategy for Single Cell Multiomics, aligned with global franchise and upstream product strategies

Lead US regional launch execution for new products and expansions, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment and commercial readiness
Develop and deploy launch toolkits, including sales messaging, customer‑facing collateral, digital content, and training materials
Partner with sales leadership and field applications teams to drive post‑launch adoption, pipeline conversion, and sustained growth
Field Enablement & Sales Partnership
Serve as a key marketing partner to the US commercial organization, providing clear positioning, competitive narratives, and objection‑handling tools
Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including playbooks, presentations, webinars, regional tradeshows, and internal training
Act as the voice of marketing in the field, ensuring programs are practical, differentiated, and aligned to customer needs
Customer Engagement & Market Insight
Develop a solid understanding of US customer segments, workflows, and buying drivers across academic, biotech, and translational research settings
Engage directly with customers, key opinion leaders, and commercial teams to gather feedback and find opportunities for improved messaging and programs
Support, implement and participate in conferences, workshops, and customer events to enhance visibility and engagement
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Monitor and analyze marketing indicators, campaign performance, and adoption metrics to assess impact and guide optimization
Use data‑driven insights to refine messaging, programs, and channel mix to improve return on investment and commercial effectiveness
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product marketing, product management, sales, FAS, and training teams to ensure cohesive execution
Provide structured regional feedback to upstream and global collaborators to inform future strategy, messaging, and product enhancements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
