Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to prioritize Applications support based on business impact and customer needs.
- Guide the team in identifying customer needs and BD solution opportunities.
- Own and oversee field-based clinical application activities across assigned regions.
- Ensure effective post-implementation follow-up and customer adoption strategies following go-live events.
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement, escalation management, workflow optimization, and clinical consultation.
- Provide leadership oversight for strategic account support and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Serve as a senior clinical subject matter expert and trusted advisor during executive customer engagements, laboratory operational reviews, and strategic sales opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Technical Service teams to identify and mitigate customer risks affecting retention and expansion opportunities.
Education and Experience required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required combined with + CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) certification required.
- 8 years of experience in clinical microbiology, clinical molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory operations, diagnostics, or healthcare solutions.
- 2 years of direct people leadership experience with demonstrated success in coaching and developing employees, conducting performance evaluations, managing accountability, and building high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and diagnostic environments, with deep expertise in clinical diagnostics and a proven track record of optimizing laboratory operations, processes, and workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated success managing complex customer implementations and cross-functional projects, with strong project management skills and a proven ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution while delivering successful customer and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into effective business solutions while collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, driving alignment and achieving results in a highly matrixed environment through strong partnership and leadership without direct authority, with a strategic mindset that balances customer outcomes and business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage audiences from laboratory personnel to executive leadership.
