Job Description Summary
As Sales Representative – Urology & Critical Care, you will be responsible for driving commercial success while leveraging your clinical expertise to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals. This is a market creation role, you will lead the launch, establish the value proposition, and grow adoption across hospitals, clinics, and care settings.You will be expected to deliver strong sales results, develop strategic account plans, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to combine clinical insight with commercial execution will be critical to success.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Development
Lead the introduction and market development of a new continence care solution in Greece.
Drive sales revenue and exceed growth targets for the Urology & Critical Care portfolio.
Identify and acquire new customers, while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with BD’s strategic priorities.
Lead product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with hospital and care facility decision-makers.
Manage tender and off-tender processes effectively and compliantly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Build internal advocates and therapy champions within key accounts to support long-term adoption.
Clinical Education & Support
Deliver clinical education and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective use of BD solutions.
Conduct patient consultations to support optimal product use and outcomes.
Organize and lead professional education activities, workshops, and in-services.
Participate in KOL events, local and international congresses, and multidisciplinary discussions.
Our target base salary range for this role is between€37,000 and €43,000per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
About You
Bachelor’s degree required, a nursing qualification or clinical background is highly valued.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare or medical devices, with a proven track record of success.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
Experience in continence, urology, wound care, or related fields is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build a market from scratch.
Fluent in Greek and English.
Willingness to travel across Greece and abroad.
