Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable MLOps pipelines on Azure Databricks
• Automate data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, and deployment workflows
• Integrate MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and lifecycle management
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML models using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to operationalize AI/ML models
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and drift using MLflow and Azure monitoring tools
• Ensure high availability and scalability of ML systems in production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ML pipelines to minimize downtime
• Maintain detailed documentation of MLOps processes, architecture, and best practices
• Implement security, compliance, and data privacy measures across ML workflows.
• Stay current with advancements in MLOps, Azure, and Databricks technologies

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or machine learning engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, MLflow, and Azure Machine Learning
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines in cloud environments
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, MosaicAI) and LLMOps principles.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle management and MLOps principles
• Expertise in MLflow for tracking, versioning, and deploying models
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for scalable ML workflows and collaborative development
• Familiarity with MosaicAI or similar platforms for optimizing model management and deployment at scale
• Proficient in Azure services including Data Factory, Blob Storage, Data Lake, and Azure ML - or similar services
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices
