We are seeking a Application Technical Analyst. This role is key to the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for the Visual Lansa Platform. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and BD’s Factory of the Future vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Execute development tasks, to facilitate solution implementation and optimization.
• Translate business needs into functional deliverables, technical work packages, and execution milestones.
• Project Delivery: Manage the implementation of digital solutions in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deployment.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct solution testing and performance validation to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
• Requirements & Documentation: Review and verify project deliverables and documentation to guarantee completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Site-Specific Customization: Understand local site needs and design appropriate configurations while maintaining alignment with the global standard.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve site-specific deployment and operational issues, ensuring effective and sustainable system performance.
