Job Description Summary

As Field Service Engineer in the North, you will provide on-site reactive service for our Microbiology products located within hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities in North . Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will participate in the installation and upgrades of these systems and secondarily complete a preventative maintenance program. They will participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguration, and documentation of uncovered technical issues of all applicable systems.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Start-up new systems on-site
• Preventive maintenance of the equipment as well as the administrative tasks that such maintenance entails.
• Corrective visits on-site to solve any incident that may occur.
• Various administrative tasks related to their functions: preparation of expense reports incurred, control of your stock of spare parts (inventory, request, receipt, shipments, RMA, etc ...)

About you

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic, Telecommunications or Biomedical.
• No experience required but desirable.
• Professionalism, autonomy, and organizational capacity.
• Self-training capacity.
• Assess and analyze each situation exhaustively before requesting support.
• Driving license is mandatory.
