About Role
Area Sales Manager – Hospital Sales
To achieve territorial sales budget / sales target by executing marketing plans through personal contacts with key users, influencers and through education. To organize, conduct in service workshops and trainings to customers as well as Health care Professionals on BD products. To identify tender/rate contract opportunities and ensure timely submission of quotations. Achieve sales target & maintain sales track records.
Responsibility
• Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
• Makes effective sales presentations to customers and HCPs.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with all customers and HCPs in assigned territory.
• Reports in writing on activities, expenses and competitive activity within the territory.
• Provides information to Marketing Department on product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies tender/rate contract opportunities and ensures timely submission of quotations.
• Organizes and presents in-service workshops and training sessions to customers and HCPs.
• Ensures that the Company’s products are used properly and safely.
• Ensures that the Company’s products are correctly billed and coded.
• Ensures that complaints are investigated and action taken where necessary.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Science/Pharmacy
