Job Summary:
The Customer Service Engineer ensures timely and effective management of customer follow-up for Field Actions, support closure of related activities, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations through continuous monitoring and updates.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute customer follow-up activities related to Field Actions.
- Track and monitor progress to ensure timely closure of all Field Action activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of communications and actions taken.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Field Actions.
- Provide clear, professional, and timely updates to customers on status and next steps.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Monitor relevant regulations and standards as applicable.
- Review regulatory changes and assess impact on current processes.
- Update internal procedures and documentation to reflect regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve Field Action processes and customer communication.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for regulatory follow-up and compliance.
- Other incidental duties.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Previous Experience in the Industry preferred
Required Skills
• Good computer skills in the use of MS Office Suite
• Basic written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Moderate knowledge of validation and improvement of automated equipment and procedures.
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to read and comprehend English sufficiently to understand work procedures and complete work documents.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
