Applies skill in validation to ensure the accuracy, quality and compliance of laboratory equipment.
Serve as a SME in performing a variety of manufacturing support tasks associated with product development, training stakeholders, product transfers between facilities, and on-going process improvements, optimizations and corrections
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess trainer skills and product knowledge as it relates to Trainer Competence and Certification and conduct product assembly training and certification programs
• Participate in domestic product and process transfers
• Execute product training schedule, and fulfill coordination
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to ensure implementation and maintenance of training methods and standards
• Reverse engineer products to determine root cause analysis
• Review and sign-off on records to ensure trainers are processing, tracking and maintaining training records

Education and Experience:
Secondary Education 3 Years years experience o Training processes and systems, product training SOP's and work Instructions, GxP, and manufacturing operations
o Problem solving methodology, root cause analysis, Quality System Fundamentals, and good documentation practices, preferred
Required and
related product assembly experience, including:
Assembling products on the line
Training assemblers on valve assembly
Assessing product design and manufacturing processes with respect to DFM Lean and DFT principles, preferred
Problem solving methodology, root cause analysis, Quality System Fundamentals, and good documentation practices
Preferred
Additional Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Strong computer skills, including usage of MS Office Suite and JDE
• Moderate understanding of design intent, rings and or component assembly, able to train and transfer product/process knowledge from R&D and/or Engineering to the manufacturing environment
• Have good knowledge of Integrated Valve Fulfillment System (iVFS)
• Strict attention to detail
• Primarily with immediate work group in a team environment
• Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
