Responsibilities:
Administrative processing of contracts and agreements with a certain level of complexity
Execution of ad-hoc analyses (e.g., quarterly analysis of HCP fees compared to ANA forecast, including identification of deviations) and leading sub-processes to improve efficiency within the department
Preparation and continuous improvement of reports as well as reconciliation of invoices to optimize budget efficiency at a medium complexity level
Communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., proctors, HCPs) to provide resources for training and/or educational events
Logistical support for HCPs in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines
Preferred Requirements:
Completed vocational training with a commercial focus or a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in the areas of professional education, contract management, and/or data analysis is desirable
Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal competence
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
Fluent in English
We offer flexibility! This position can be filled either full-time or part-time, depending on individual arrangements and business needs. The role is limited until 31.01.2027. A transition to a permanent position is possible based on project development and individual suitability.
