We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities across the Nordic region. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, guide and support a team of Account Managers and Application Specialists, and strengthen customer partnerships across the region. You will play a key role in aligning sales execution with business strategy and ensuring our solutions bring value to customers. This position offers flexibility in location—you may be based anywhere in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, or Norway, as long as you are well-positioned for regular travel. Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Application Specialists.
- Define clear goals and monitor performance, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies that support business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and create tactical plans to increase market share.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support major negotiations and high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure alignment.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and analyse market trends.
About you
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within B2B or technical sales environments.
- Commercial background in medtech or life sciences, with a solid understanding of capital equipment sales and the tendering process.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic market, with hands-on experience in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and implementing effective sales tactics.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish

Target salary range for the role in Sweden: 750 000 to 950 000 SEK per annum + bonus + benefits
