Job Description Summary

The TGS Senior Analyst, North America QTC Customer Care based in United States will report to the Associate Director of Technology Global Services North America and work with the North America QTC Customer Care organization to match business strategy and needs with TGS solutions.

This individual will serve as a point person to the North America Customer Care organization and will partner with global, central and regional leaders delivering a technology roadmap aligned with advancing North America QTC Customer Care objectives.

The position will need excellent facilitator skills working amongst the various businesses and functional organizations, as well as a skilled negotiator, a diplomat and good communicator when dealing with the North America QTC Customer Care organization.

The TGS Senior Analyst, North America QTC Customer Care will collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that the region is proactively provided with strategic thought leadership and bring the appropriate technology, process and workplace solutions together as they contribute to the commercial agenda of BDX and North America.

Utilizing the TGS portfolio management systems to ensure work efforts for a particular fiscal year and the link to the business and TGS strategy and roadmaps to maximize benefits of the investment will be paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with North America QTC stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and consult on technology solutions that support business outcomes.   

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and decision making through global technology platforms and best-in-class technologies.

  • Translate business needs into actional technical and operational solutions that contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization and/or the customer experience. 

  • Develop business cases and technology proposals, aligning priorities across regional and functional teams.   

  • Lead project and progam execution, including planning, risk management, escalation handling and consistent communication.   

  • Create and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies or processes, including communication, training and contingency planning.

  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to BD’s digital transformation efforts. 

  • Collaborate with TGS portfolio teams to align on project prioritization, ensuring effective resource allocation and outcome delivery. 

  • Act as a liaison  between business stakeholders, TGS and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. 

Minimum Requirement:

  • Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
