Job Description Summary

As the Excellence Supply Planning Lead, you will act as the key business representative for tools, process standardization, and continuous improvement within the Supply Planning function. Your role will support the design and implementation of cross-functional planning processes, enable performance monitoring, and provide guidance to the planning organization on process excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing sites, regional teams, and global functions to drive transformation initiatives and promote operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross-vertical supply planning processes to enable consistent and high-performance execution across all supply planning teams.

• Collect, structure, and prioritize day-to-day process requests from supply chain planning peers across the business.

• Act as the business PowerUser for supply planning tools and processes, serving as the first point of contact and escalating to process integrators when necessary

• Ensure timely availability of planning data to support cross-functional process execution and planning cycles.

• Monitor and maintain master data accuracy within your scope to ensure process reliability and reporting quality.

• Contribute to the transformation roadmap for planning, driving simplification, standardization, and process automation across the organization.

• Support onboarding, training, and documentation development for new associates and internal process changes.

• Work autonomously while collaborating with the IBP and Planning Excellence Director on validation and alignment of initiatives.

Preferred Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• 8–10 years of experience in supply and demand planning, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B industrial environment.

• Experience working with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and regional entities in a matrix organization.

• Strong proficiency in SAP ECC, SCM, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.

• APICS certification or equivalent is considered a strong asset.

Salary range for the role: €65,000 – €75,000 per year
