Job Description Summary
The Smart Recovery Sales Specialist is designed for experienced sales professionals who will manage and grow relationships with large-scale healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and major hospital systems. This role will be responsible for calling on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine, cardiac surgeons and EP Lab. Primary products include FloTrac Sensor, ClearSight cuff, Acumen IQ cuff/sensors and ForeSight used for continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring and/or tissue oximetry devices utilized in outpatient surgeries. These products assist in enhanced surgical recovery, hypotension management, sepsis and shock management.This role drives business growth within new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities and closing deals, while also analyzing performance gaps and executing short-term regional strategies to meet sales targets.

This position oversees a specific set of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) clients, with the goal of expanding patient engagement and boosting the usage of APM technologies in various care environments.
The Smart Recovery Sales Specialist is for sales professionals managing relationships with large healthcare organizations, like integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and major hospital systems. They will call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine, cardiac surgeons, and EP Lab.
This position boosts business growth in current and new accounts by finding opportunities and finalizing deals.

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of progressive sales experience
Experience in the medical devices sector
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Strong enterprise-level selling skills
Travel up to 60%
What else we look for (Preferred):
Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
Possesses knowledge of BU strategy, sales approach, medical devices sector, and sales landscape within their region
Capacity to handle prolonged sales cycles and various customers, such as c-suite executives and administrative leadership. Navigate complex decision-making structures within large hospitals and IDNs.
Develops understanding of assigned accounts and their challenges
Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to APM medical products as it relates to the business
Skill in handling conflicting tasks in a high-speed setting
Develop and implement strategic sales plans customized for intricate healthcare system
Understands customer needs and explains APM product features compared to competitor offerings
Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts
Applies influencing skills on buying decisions with tact and diplomacy
