As Associate Director, Finance, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic influence, overseeing core finance operations while partnering on transformation initiatives, acquisitions, and compliance. This is a senior leadership role with scope to develop into a future Finance Director — while working alongside an experienced FD who will mentor and support your growth.
Your Day-to-Day
Lead core finance functions including Record to Report, Credit & Collections, statutory compliance, and internal controls
Oversee general accounting, revenue recognition, tax, treasury, audits, and collections
Partner with external advisors on complex compliance and technical matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide leadership and mentorship to a geographically dispersed finance team
Collaborate across shared services and corporate functions in a complex matrix environment
Evaluate capital investments for strategic alignment and financial viability
Support finance transformation programs, M&A integration, and cross-functional initiatives
About You
You’re an accomplished finance leader with a proven track record in managing complex, products-based businesses. You’ve spent at least 3–4 years as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller, position and you’re ready for a role that offers broader scope, strategic influence, and leadership impact.
You’ll bring:
CA/CPA qualification with proven experience in financial control and leadership
Background in a products-based business (MedTech, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar)
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Strong technical expertise in revenue recognition
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams with a pragmatic, hands-on style
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a results-driven mindset
