Job Description

Main Responsibilities include:

* Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights to stakeholders.
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for improvement and address potential challenges.
* Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analysis to support specific business initiatives and answer critical questions from management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
* Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Support the implementation and optimization of business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, data governance, and analytical processes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in business analytics and data science.

About you:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
* Experience with business intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
* Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
* Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
