As theWarehouse and Logistics Specialistyou arean integral member of the Operations team and will collaboratewiththe organization to deliver excellent service to our customers. Key partners include customer service, supply chain,warehouse,and finance. You willbe responsible forreconcilinginventoryto ensuresystems are alignedwith our 3PLwarehouse.You will have a strong ERP (SAP and JDE) to understand and resolve reconciliation issues by engaging the necessary stakeholders todeterminethe root causeand providing countermeasures to resolve issues. You will utilize your strong ERP knowledge to develop best practices to utilize the systems to drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, themanagerwill sit at our 3PL warehouse located in Mississauga, ON, Millcreek Road, onsite 5 days from 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate a daily inventory reconciliation discrepancy report (SAP and JDE Comparison to WMS).
  • Investigateandcomplete root cause analysis tovalidateinventory balances and transactionsandresolve discrepanciesin a timely manner.
  • Complete daily reconciliation of shipments between SAP and JDE and WMS to ensurepackingslips;BOL and invoicing are completed on time. 
  • Manage scrap,sampleand spare parts inventory in SAPand JDE.
  • Assistwith gathering data for inventory control reports toassistinappropriate correctiveactions.
  • Maintainaccurateand complete documentation for all inventory adjustments. 
  • Resolve and troubleshoot WMS, SAP,andJDE issues related to Operations to avoid disruptions in shipping,receivingand inventory control.
  • May berequiredto perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degreeorCollegeDiplomain Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • 1+yearsrelevantexperience in a similar warehouse andlogisticsrole.

Knowledge and Skills required:​

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Excel

Preferred qualifications:

  • APICS certification.
  • Strong knowledge ofinventorycontrol (SAP and JDEPreferred)and WMS System
  • PowerBIexperience is an assetbut not mandatory

Our salary or hourly rate rangesrewardassociates fairly and competitively. We regularly review these ranges and factors, such as location, contributeto the range displayed.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered isdeterminedby therole'sspecific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the worklocationwhich may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information: $28.21 - $53.85 CADHourly
