As a Supply Chain Planner Analyst with the focus on Demand Planning, you report to the Supply Chain Manager. You are primarily responsible for mainly demand planning, exciting management, DSIOP / MBR, and SC projects related to MDD/MDR, Recode and others. You work closely with other SC team members in EMEA and global. You also collaborate with business to ensure that the business requirements for product, information and supply are met on a timely basis. You will coordinate all supply planning activities directly with Marketing and Sales, and establish a robust supply plan with BDs suppliers and/or manufacturing facilities.

As a Supply Chain Planner you will provide input for the SIOP process for a given business segment in order to align market and financial requirements with supply capabilities for MDD/MDR transition requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead joint Supply and Deployment planning activities for in scope products and for identified customers or geographies. You will do this by developing and maintaining a coordinated/collaborative planning process
• Work with Marketing and Sales counterparts on MDD/MDR transition activities as related to supply chain planning.
• Respond to demand and supply changes in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate delivery plans with customer service teams, and address gaps between demand and supply
• Develop and confirm net requirement plans
• Conduct analysis and provide direction for inventory allocation where worldwide service is constrained for MDD/MDR.
• Review lack of in-transit supply and place additional orders or try new way of shipments

About you

• You have a Master degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a Bachelor’s Degree with some first experience in the field;
• You have experience in demand, supply and inventory planning;
• You have had exposure to regional planning and global initiatives (plus);
• You possess strong facilitation, influencing and supporting skills;
• You have excellent process development capabilities;
• You have strong solid understanding of ERP platforms, such as JDE or SAP ECC;
• You are able to deal with ambiguity, are a continuous and versatile learner and are Self-motivated.
