The CAPA Technician is responsible for supporting the management of the CAPA system by assisting users on the proper use of the CAPA electronic system, tracking tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring timely documentation. Notify task owners and assigners of upcoming due dates and request extensions when needed. Also provide audit support and collaborate with other departments to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide support to users on the proper use of the CAPA electronic system.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate the status of CAPAs to all areas and management.
• Review completed tasks in the CAPA system, download reports from Trackwise and update electronic records accordingly.
• Notify task owners and assigners of upcoming due dates and request extensions when needed, following internal procedures.
• Prepare systematic reports on the status of CAPAs for various purposes.
• Participate in activities related to internal and external audits.
• Report discrepancies or issues in CAPA documentation to the CAPA Leader for correction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, aligned with business priorities and strategic needs.

Education and Experience:
• Finished bachelor’s degree, in the Engineering area preferably.
• Bilingual - English 80%, Spanish 100%
• Experience Corrective and Preventive action preferably.
• Minimum: 0-3 years’ experience in Quality System to support role of QA/QC areas.
• Internal Audits desirable
