The Cycle Count Clerk Ensures the accuracy of perpetual inventory records by performing cycle counts and following established procedures, ensuring data control and integrity.

Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.    Ensure the accuracy of inventory records by following established procedures.
2.    Perform internal cycle counts and report accurate information, using ABC classification.
3.    Generate daily reports with inventory control modules.
4.    Prepare cycle count forms for each item and report them to the Inventory Control Associate.
5.    Investigate and analyze discrepancies in inventory records.
6.    Support special counts outside the daily and monthly schedule.
7.    Comply with the general and safety procedures of the position.
8.    Participate in general physical inventories.
9.    Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the priorities and strategic needs of the business.

Requirements:

1.    High School Completed.
2.    1 year of experience in the position, or similar position.

Knowledge and Skills:

1.    Inventory Control Procedure, cycle counting, physical inventory, have knowledge to operate the forklift.
2.    Teamwork and under pressure.
