About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with the team members and other collaborators to identify business requirements for the SM (Specimen Management) business in MENAT.

The role will involve working across multiple projects to support the business in Saudi and will require the ability to handle challenging priorities & be flexible with respect to changing business needs.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for creating and leading Bl and analytics solutions, commercial excellence, supporting with sales analysis, reporting forecasting, budgets, ASR, market model analysis, strategic price management and lead demand planning.
• Support the sales and management team with needed data and analytics along with order data analysis, stock management analysis, safety stock and expiries.
• Collaborate with the MENAT teams on Profitability improvement by price optimization. Lead Super user for Salesforce.com (SFDC) - funnel with high proficiency and data quality
• Super user and Data validator for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) & Power Bl.
• Develop Pricing governance, work with Business leaders on Price approvals and analyze monthly pricing impact
• Effectively work within a matrix environment across various business within the SM structure.
• Effective coordination and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the CBL (Country Business Leader) by producing and running an integrated master calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines that are critical to the business.
• Work closely with the team members and other collaborators to identify business requirements for the SM business in MENAT.
• Work across multiple projects to support the business in Saudi and will require the ability to lead challenging priorities & be flexible with respect to changing business needs.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role in healthcare/medical devices industry (IVD is a nice to have)
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite (Power BI is a nice to have)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as process mapping, use cases, storyboards, workflows, etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Solid grasp of database concepts and data modeling
