About the role
The Business Analyst will collaborate with commercial and leadership teams to analyze business data, support revenue planning, optimize processes, and advise strategic decision making. This role involves sales performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing analytics, market data insights, SFDC reporting, and ad hoc central initiatives.
Main responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using analytical tools (ex. Excel and Power BI) for Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
Consolidate complex data into clear and concise insights to support critical business decisions.
Lead annual planning cycles (ASR, budgeting, projections) by providing data‑driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance vs. budget and projections, identifying key drivers and mitigations.
Conduct detailed pricing analysis across customer and product groups to support pricing strategies and margin optimization.
Assess the impact of pricing changes and assist in developing pricing for new products and customer segments.
Analyze market intelligence and commercial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners, including Sales Managers and Marketing Managers.
Support sales teams with SFDC reporting to improve pipeline visibility and opportunity forecasting.
Assist in demand planning reporting to sustain product availability, business continuity and planning.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
Implement Ad‑hoc projects and central initiatives as required.
About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Analytics, Data Science, Commerce, or a related analytical field.
Experience with financial planning, sales analytics, and market/business intelligence tools.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling and analytics tools; Power BI experience preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and patterns in large data sets
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to clearly present and explain complex information
Knowledge of SAP BPC is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics or a related field
