I. Position Summary

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to join BD’s BioPharmaceutical Systems (BPS) team in Seoul as a Marketing Intern, reporting to the BPS Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support product marketing for Prefillable Syringes (PFS) and Advanced Drug Delivery Systems (ADDS) for leading biopharmaceutical customers. You will assist with key marketing initiatives and gain meaningful hands‑on experience within a global healthcare company, while receiving coaching and mentorship from industry professionals.

II. Key Responsibilities

1) Assist Marketing Promotion Activities

-Support creation of marketing content (e.g., social media posts, digital banners)

-Collaborate on design and ensure compliance with global guidelines

2) Preliminary Organization of National Statistics Data

-Collect relevant industry and market statistical data

-Organize and perform basic data analysis

3) Market Data Desk Research Support

-Research competitors, market trends, and regulatory information

-Summarize findings and prepare draft reports with guidance/coaching

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Statistics/Data Analytics, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with basic analytical skills and the ability to organize and interpret data.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
• Digital‑savvy, with familiarity in social media marketing tools considered a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about developing a career in the dynamic pharmaceutical and biopharma industry.
• Communication skills (fluent in English, native in Korean)
