  • Creates and presents 90-day and annual performance reviews, participates actively in recruitment and selection processes, and ensures productivity standards remain optimal across district pods.

  • Partners directly with Field Sales District Managers to meet their needs, handles management-level customer reviews, ensures priority customer processing, and maintains effective communication among team members.

  • Reviews and approves time and attendance requests, supports special projects aligned to business needs, serves as backup for other LINK program leadership, and performs additional duties as assigned to maintain program effectiveness.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, military experience, or similar work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consistent application of knowledge in a specialized area (LINK, RCM, Doc Management). Serves as a SME individual contributor.

  • 3-5 years of work experience
